What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted for apparel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Coaching and digital products are non-refundable.

How do I access my training plan?
Once enrolled, you'll receive app access via email where you can view your plan, track progress, and message your coach.

Do I need a gym membership?
Not at all. Programs can be built for:
• Home (bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells)
• Gym workouts (machines, barbells, free weights)
• Or a mix of both
What equipment do I need?
That depends on your program. You’ll let us know what you have, and your plan will be designed around it.
How do I sign up and get started?

- Create your account.
- Download the Body Gang Fitness App.
- Fill out your intake form (goals, schedule, equipment, etc.).
- Your coach will build your plan—you’re ready to start!

How do I get the workouts?
Workouts, videos, and instructions are inside the app. Each exercise has demo videos and coaching cues.
What if I don’t know how to do an exercise?
Every move comes with a video tutorial. Still unsure? Record yourself and send it to your coach for feedback.
Do I need to be in shape before starting?

How much time will this take?
