Refunds

We do not accept refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital products (programs, meal plans, guides, downloads)

  • Apparel

  • Accessories

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Digital products are final sale immediately upon purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 15 days of purchase (no exceptions)

  • The item is defective or damaged at arrival

Clothing items cannot be exchanged if damage is the result of:

  • Customer error

  • Misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange:

  • Clearance items

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Limited-time drops

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” at checkout

Shipping Responsibility for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping costs related to exchanges

  • Ensuring returned items arrive safely and in their original condition

  • Using a trackable shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we highly recommend:

  • A trackable shipping service

  • Purchasing shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

International Orders

At this time, international exchanges are not available.
