When will I receive my order?

Every order goes through a production phase before shipping.

Estimated production time: 3–7 business days

After production, estimated shipping times are:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination, season, and carrier delays.

Where will my order ship from?

Orders are fulfilled through multiple production facilities located across the globe. Your order ships from the location best able to produce and deliver your items quickly and efficiently.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

International customers may incur customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not controlled or covered by Body Gang Fitness™.

My order is delayed or missing—what should I do?

Before reaching out, please:

  1. Review your shipping confirmation email to verify your address

  2. Check with your local post office

  3. Ask neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address

If the address was correct and the package can’t be located, contact us at support@bodygangfitness.com with your order number.

If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, we can send a replacement, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.

All products are created on demand using professional-grade production equipment. Items are produced only after your order is placed to reduce waste and maintain consistent quality.
