I didn’t start Body Gang Fitness because I wanted to be a fitness coach. I started it because I had to become one. In 2007, I was a victim of a shooting that changed my life forever. I survived. But survival wasn’t the end of my story; it was the beginning of my transformation. I refused to let that moment define me. Instead, I used it as fuel to rebuild not just my body, but my purpose.
More than the certifications, it’s my story, my scars, that give me the ability to lead others with empathy, intensity, and results. Body Gang is more than fitness. It’s a mindset. It’s a movement. It’s for anyone ready to stop making excuses and start making a comeback. You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to start. Let’s build the body, mindset, and life you deserve.
