At Body Gang Fitness, we value every customer and stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase.

Refunds
đźš« We do not accept refunds under any circumstances.

  • This includes all digital products (programs, meal plans, guides, or downloads), which are final sale.

Exchanges
âś… Exchanges are only offered under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 15 days of purchase (no exceptions).

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Clothing items are not eligible for exchange if damage is caused by customer error, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items are marked as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • At this time, international exchanges are not available. Please ensure that sizes and selections are correct before purchasing.
